Big 12 Announces 2013 Softball TV Schedule

Sooners to be Featured Twice on National TV

NORMAN, Okla. – The Big 12 Conference has announced its 2013 FOX Sports Networks and ESPN softball schedule, and the Oklahoma Sooners are featured twice.

Oklahoma, ranked No. 2 in both preseason polls, will make its national debut on Sunday, April 7 when Baylor (No. 22 USA Softball/No. 24 NFCA) visits Norman for a 2 p.m. contest that will air on ESPN.

FOX Sports Networks will carry game two of the Bedlam Series against Oklahoma State on Saturday, May 11. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.

Oklahoma’s complete television schedule, including games that will be carried by Sooner Sports TV, will be announced at a later date.

The Sooners open the 2013 season next Friday, Feb. 8 against No. 20/21 Stanford at the Kajikawa Classic in Phoenix, Ariz.
