Arkansas head coach Jamie Pinkerton
On the game:
"We had a lot of nerves coming into this game. This set of Razorbacks has never been to postseason play."
"We're the type of ball club that when we get an opportunity and get on a roll we score, and we score in bunches. We live by the long ball."
Arkansas Sophomore Brittany Robison
On scoring two runs:
"I was just going for a base hit."
Arkansas Junior Kayla Johnson
On not being recruited by OU:
"Playing here is a big motivation for me, especially being from Oklahoma."
Tulsa head coach John Bargfeldt
Opening comment:
"I asked my team if they had ever won four in a row before and they all answered `yes'. That's our focus now. I commend Arkansas because they haven't played in 11 days."
"I commended the seniors, especially the one (Sara Dyer) who hit a two-run home run."
On Lauren Lindsay
"Lauren (Lindsay) set an all-time home run record at TU, hitting her 15th which ties the record at Tulsa. I am really proud of way we came back. Offensively, I am proud of the way we fought back. It was a great softball game."
Tulsa Sophomore Lauren Lindsay
On Arkansas:
"This was great competition and a great game."
On believing they could win being up 5-3:
"I knew we could do it at 5-3. We just couldn't hold it any longer."
