Sooner fans can get their first look at the team at 4 p.m. on Saturday

NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma women's gymnastics fans can get their first look at the 2013 team this Saturday, Dec. 8, at 4 p.m. CT during the annual intrasquad meet at the Sam Viersen Center.
Members of the defending Big 12 Champion Sooners will exhibit their new vault, bar, beam and floor routines in an event that is free and open to the public. In addition, fans can also buy 2013 team calendars and t-shirts and pick up free team posters at the meet. Free pizza will also be served following the event around 6 p.m.
The defending Big 12 Champion Sooners are ranked No. 4 in the GymInfo Preseason Coaches Poll and begin their season at Georgia on Jan. 5.
OU returns three-time All-American senior Brie Olson, and a trio of two-time All-Americans in senior Kayla Nowak, junior Madison Mooring and sophomore Erica Brewer. Newcomers to the squad this upcoming season include Lauren Alexander, Maile'ana Kanewa, Keeley Kmieciak, Hunter Price and Haley Scaman.
