MEET PREVIEW
No. 4 Oklahoma opens the 2013 season on the road at No. 11 Georgia on Saturday. The Sooners are coming off their 10th conference championship and fourth in five years after winning the Big 12 title last season. Led by six-time Big 12 Coach of the Year K.J. Kindler, Oklahoma has finished in the top 10 nationally each of the past seven years, taking seventh in 2012.

THE SERIES
Last time the Sooners and Gym Dogs met, OU advanced to the Super Six in 2011 with a score of 196.775 in the NCAA semifinals, besting Georgia's 195.450 among other scores. The last time OU traveled to Athens during the regular season was in 2006, a 197.475 - 195.950 victory for Georgia.

BIG 12'S BEST
Conference champions four of the last five seasons, Oklahoma has been the team to beat in the Big 12. Last season, OU took three Big 12 individual titles, including returning senior Brie Olson in the all-around and Megan Ferguson on bars and beam. Four Sooners - Olson, Ferguson, Taylor Spears and Sara Stone - took a total of nine All-Conference honors, the most of any Big 12 school. Ferguson was named Big 12 Specialist of the Year while Kindler was named Coach of the Year.

RETURNING ALL-AMERICANS
OU returns four All-Americans this season, three of whom will compete this season. Senior Kayla Nowak, an All-American on bars and beam in 2011, will sit out the year due to injury. Junior Madison Mooring is a vault and beam All-American who finished as the national runner-up in the vault in 2011. Senior Brie Olson is a two-time All-American on bars and earned her first All-American honor in the all-around last season. Sophomore Erica Brewer also took all-around All-America honors in 2012 along with an additional recognition for her performance on bars.
