Big 12 Conference announces FOX Sports Net telecast schedule.

NORMAN, Okla. -- The Big 12 Conference announced that five Oklahoma women's basketball regular season games will appear on FOX Sports Net (FSN) as the network released its telecast schedule Tuesday.
Two games involving the Sooners have changed dates to fit within FSN coverage windows. OU will visit West Virginia for the first time Sunday, Feb. 3, and Iowa State will appear in Norman Thursday, Feb. 14. The games were previously scheduled, respectively, for Feb. 2 and Feb. 13.
Oklahoma faces Texas in front of a national audience on FSN at 12:30 p.m. Central on Jan. 5. The Sooners' contest at defending national champion Baylor on Jan. 26 will also be televised on the network. FSN will also show the Norman stop of the Bedlam Series when the Cowgirls visit the Lloyd Noble Center on Feb. 10.
A total of 26 Big 12 Conference games will appear on the network, including seven Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship matchups. The postseason tournament quarterfinal games will be televised by FSN for the 12th consecutive year, in addition to the semifinals and final which have been aired by the network every year since the inception of the Conference in 1996-97. Quarterfinals will be played on Saturday, March 9, followed by semifinals on Sunday, March 10 and the final on Monday, March 11.

OU returns all five starters, including All-Big 12 members Aaryn Ellenberg and Whitney Hand, from its 2012 team that placed second in the Big 12 standing and advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament. The Sooners begin their 39th season of women's basketball with an exhibition game against Oklahoma Christian Thursday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. inside the Lloyd Noble Center.
