OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma trails Tennessee 44-27 at halftime of the NCAA Oklahoma City Regional Semifinal at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
 
The Sooners survived an onslaught of transition baskets by the Lady Vols to tie the score 11-11 after five minutes, but lost point guard Morgan Hook and suffered two lengthy field goal droughts.
 
Hook suffered concussion-like symptoms and sat out the first after having tripping over Tennessee Meighan Simmons on a drive through the left side of the paint 10 minutes into the game.
 
Tennessee's Kamiko Williams has a game-high 13 points, getting most of her points in transition as the Lady Vols turned seven OU miscues into 14 points off turnovers.
 
Sharane Campbell has 11 points to lead the Sooners, but fell into foul trouble with three personals in her extended minutes in the first half.
 
Joanna McFarland has 10 points and eight rebounds.
 
OU's leading scorer Aaryn Ellenberg has been held to two points. Ellenberg made just one of 11 first-half field goal attempts and is 0-for-4 from 3-point range.
 
Oklahoma is 5-10 this season when tied or trailing at halftime.
