AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR (2012-13):
Finished third in his final Big 12 Championship donning the Crimson and Cream after falling to Iowa State's No. 19 Matt Gibson (9-5, decision) in the semifinals, and topping WVU's Phil Mandzik with a 5-3 decision in the third-place bout....Finished 2012-13 dual season with a 6-5 decision over Oklahoma State's Tyson Yoder en route to scoring Oklahoma's lone three points in the dual...Captured the second fall of his senior campaign, and first in dual action on the year, when he took down Virginia Tech's David Marone in 0:44...Reached his 60th career victory after he claimed a 2-1 decision over WVU's Phil Mandzik in his final home match at McCasland Field House...Picked up the first Big 12 victory of his senior campaign after he topped Iowa State's Cole Shafer in a 4-3 decision, which saw him total a last second takedown to take home the victory...Captured his first dual victory of 2012 after he took down Binghamton's Tyler Duel with a 5-3 decision.
