Capped off his redshirt freshman campaign with appearances in the final three Big 12 duals of the 2013 season with a 1-2 record...Managed just a 3-1 loss to his first ranked opponent of his career in the Crimson and Cream against ISU's No. 18 Luke Goettl...Totaled a 2-2 record at the Brockport/Oklahoma Invitational...Saw action against Oklahoma City University with a 14-2 major decision over Trevor Sterling.

Two-time Florida state champion at 125 pounds ... Did not allow a takedown his junior year and went undefeated against competition from the state of Florida.
