AS A FRESHMAN (2012-13):
Finished third as a freshman at the Big 12 Championship after he topped WVU's A.J. Vizcarrando with a 6-2 decision in the third-place bout...Faced back-to-back top-25 opponents in a matter of three days when OU faced No. 20 Wyoming and No. 2 Oklahoma State - fell to No. 4 Alphonso Hernandez (19-6) and No. 14 Blake Rosholt (11-9)....Went 2-1 at the 2012 Journeymen/Northeast Duals with wins over Hofstra's Murphy (8-3 decision) and Central Michigan's Lewis (6-5 decision)...Made his collegiate debut with a 6-4 decision over Oklahoma City's Michael Brown.
