OU-Rice Football Game To Be Televised

Sept. 12, 2000

NORMAN, Okla. - The Big 12 Conference announced Monday afternoon that the Sept. 23 Oklahoma vs. Rice football game will be televised by FOX Sports Net as the league syndicated game of the week. ABC Sports and FOX Sports Net announced their selections Monday for upcoming Big 12 Conference football telecasts per the 12-day selection procedure. Because of television coverage, the starting time for the OU-Rice game has been moved from 2 p.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The contest will be televised on KWTV Channel 9 in Oklahoma City and on KOTV Channel 6 in Tulsa.
