Sooners Work Out For Pros

Testing continues for former Sooners in preparation for NFL Draft.

NORMAN, Okla. -- Approximately 37 scouts representing nearly every NFL team visited the University of Oklahoma to watch a selection of former Sooners workout at the Everest Training Center Wednesday morning.

Joe Jon Finley, Malcolm Kelly, Reggie Smith and Marcus Walker were measured and tested in several agility and non-contact football drills under the watchful eyes of the scouts in preparation for the upcoming NFL Draft.

Lewis Baker also participated in the defensive back drills with Smith and Walker, but did not do any of the testing.

Former Nebraska All-American Eric Crouch played quarterback during the offensive drills, throwing passes to Finley and Kelly.

Kelly and Smith did not participate in OU's first Pro Day.
