Accomplishments as a Player

An All-Big Seven tackle for Missouri where he earned the honor as a senior

Co-captain and played in the Blue-Gray All-Star game

Academic All-Big Seven selection and was honored as the league's most Outstanding Student-Athlete of the Year

Coaching Accomplishments

In his 20 years as an OU assistant coach, he amassed a 150-67-5 record, a national championship, five Big Eight Conference titles and seven bowl game victories

Produced 19 All-Americans.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the day-to-day activities off the field for OU football players and deals with on-campus recruiting efforts.

Serves as color analyst on the Sooner Radio Network.
