NORMAN, Okla. -- For Sooner fans young and old alike, the Oklahoma-Nebraska rivalry carries with it a great deal of meaning and memories.
 
A tribute to the great traditions of each program, each meeting between the Sooners and Cornhuskers typically has much at stake. Every time the two teams step on the field together, there is a feeling that something special is about to happen.
