• Oklahoma shot a Jeff Capel-era-best .616 from the field and went 8-for-15 from 3-point range (.533) in a 76-73 win over Central Arkansas.  The win was the Sooners’ 26th straight at home against non-conference competition and 84th in the last 86 such outings.

• Central Arkansas’ .542 field goal effort was the second best against OU this year.  The Bears’ 12 3-pointers were an OU opponent high for the season (they shot .545 from deep).

• Freshman guard Cameron Clark was 9-for-13 from the field and scored a career-high 26 points (his previous high was 17).  Clark, who played 39 minutes, added a team-high seven rebounds, two assists and a steal without a turnover.  He made a career-high four treys on six attempts (entered game 6-for-22 on the year) and drained all four of his free throw attempts.

• With his performance tonight, Clark upped his season field goal percentage from .474 to .506 and his 3-point percentage from .273 to .357.  He has scored in double figures in three of the last five games and is now averaging 8.6 points per game on the year (he averaged 5.5 over the first eight games of the season).

• Junior forward C.J. Washington came off the bench to record career highs in points (nine) and rebounds (six).  He was 4-for-6 from the field and added a blocked shot in 16 minutes (his second most playing time of the year).
  
• Sophomore forward Andrew Fitzgerald finished with 11 points on 5-for-9 shooting.  It was the 10th time in 13 games and seventh in the last eight he scored in double figures.

• Central Arkansas entered the game forcing opponents into an average of 18.4 turnovers per contest.  The Sooners committed 14 turnovers this evening.  

• The Sooners made 12 of their first 14 field goal attempts on the night and finished the first half 19-for-25 (.760) from the field and 5-for-7 (.714) from 3-point distance.  The Sooners shot .458 from the field and .375 (3-for-8) from long range in the second half.

• Central Arkansas junior Mark Rutledge hit a half-court buzzer-beater to cut OU’s lead at halftime to seven (44-37).

• OU improved to 7-0 at home this year.  It is 0-6 away from Lloyd Noble Center.

• The Sooners wrap up the non-conference portion of their schedule when they host Maryland Eastern Shore on Monday at 7 p.m. CT.
