NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma baseball head coach Sunny Golloway announced the signing of three student athletes on the second day of the early signing period for the 2011 incoming class.
The Sooners added Jonathan Gray, a right-handed pitcher from Chandler H.S. in Oklahoma, Zach Good, a left-handed pitcher (utility player) from Mesquite H.S. in Texas, and Scott Myers, a right-handed pitcher from Palomar Junior College on Thursday.
Overall, the Sooners have signed 14 players, including 10 high school players and four from the junior college level.
Gray is one of five players from the Sooner state recruited by OU as he joins fellow prep stars, Cale Coshow (Deer Creek H.S.), Casey Coyle (PC North H.S.), Dillon Overton (Weatherford H.S.) and Cayle Shambaugh (Jay H.S.)
Good is one of seven recruits from the state of Texas while Myers is the lone player from California in the class.
