R/W Game Two Set for Tuesday

Originally postponed due to inclement weather, game two back on for Tuesday

NORMAN, Okla. -- Game two of the Red/White Series has been rescheduled for Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in Norman.  The contest was postponed earlier today and set for a 2:30 p.m. first pitch on Wednesday because of inclement weather, but was added back to the schedule for its original time.

All games are played at L. Dale Mitchell Park and are free and open to the public.

The Red team took a 1-0 lead in the five-game series with a 3-1 victory on Monday.  Garrett Richards made the start on the mound and earned the victory after striking out five and allowing just two hits in four innings of action.  He was relieved by Ryan Duke, who was equally impressive with seven strikeouts over the final three frames to record the save.

The remainder of the schedule for the Red/White series is listed below.  All dates and times are subject to change.

Game 1 - Monday, Oct. 13 - Red wins 3-1
Game 2 - Tuesday, Oct. 14 - 2:30 p.m.
Game 3 - Thursday, Oct. 16 - 2:30 p.m.
Game 4 - Friday, Oct. 17 - 4 p.m.
Game 5 - Saturday, Oct. 18 - 10 a.m.
