NORMAN, Okla. -- The No. 16 University of Oklahoma baseball team recorded a 9-4 win on Tuesday afternoon against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

The win, OU’s fourth straight, improved the Sooners’ record to 8-3 while Arkansas-Pine Bluff dropped to 1-11 on the season.

The Sooners fell behind 2-0 in the first, but rallied with six runs in the next three frames. OU took the lead for good in the fourth on a bases loaded walk by Hunter Lockwood and a two-run single by Max White.

Lockwood (2 RBI), White (2 RBI), Erik Ross and Jake Smith (2 RBI) each had two of the Sooners’ 12 hits. Lockwood also hit his Big 12 leading fifth home run of the season, a solo shot in the third inning.
