NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma track and field teams return to action this weekend as they make their first trip to Fayetteville, Ark., to compete alongside an NCAA caliber field at this year's Razorback Invitational, scheduled Friday and Saturday at the Randal Tyson Track Center.
Friday's events will begin at 1 p.m. CT with the women's pentathlon followed by the first field events at 4 p.m. and first track events to follow at 6 p.m. Saturday's events will begin at noon.

The meet highlights some of the best teams in the nation as it boasts eight women's teams and six men's within the most recent United States Track and Fields and Cross Country Coaches Association(USTFCCA) National Computer Team Rankings.
The men's team will face off against No. 1 Arkansas, No. 3 Florida, No. 6 LSU, No. 11 Texas, No. 13 Arizona and No. 21 Florida State, while the women will take on No. 5 Arkansas, No. 6 LSU, No. 7 Florida, No. 12 Arizona, No. 13 Texas, No. 16 Georgia, No. 17 Baylor and No. 23 Nebraska.
Two Sooners are ranked in the USTFCCA top-10 in their respective events.
Redshirt senior Tia Brooks, who was named last week's USTFCCA National and Big 12 Female Athlete of the Week, highlights the women's team as the country's top-seeded shot putter with a collegiate-leading mark of 61-6¾ (18.76m).
Patrick Casey, another senior, highlights the men's roster with the sixth-lowest time in the 800-meter run at 1:47.67.
This weekend's trip marks the first of three meetings in Fayetteville throughout the indoor season for the Sooners. Oklahoma will return to Randal Tyson Track Center for the Tyson Invitational from Feb. 8-9, and NCAA Indoor Championships from March 8-9.
