Finished third in the long jump with a leap of 24-3.50 (7.40) and third in the 400 at 47.76 at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 20) ... Took third in the 200 (21.47) at the adidas Classic (Jan. 27) ... Won the long jump at the J.D. Martin Invitational (Feb. 3) with a leap of 23-6.75 (7.18) ... Ran a leg of the school-record setting DMR (9:44.59) that finished second at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 10) ...Placed 12th in the long jumpat the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 9) with a leap of 24-5.00 (7.44). (Outdoor) Won the invitational 400-meter dash (47.04) at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 21) ... Season best long jump of 24-8.50 (7.53) came at the John Jacobs Invitational (April 14) ... Also placed eighth in the long jump at the meet (Feb. 24) with a leap of 23-11.00 (7.29) ... Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay that finished fifth at the Big 12 meet ... Posted a season best long jump of 24-7.25 (7.50) at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 10),placing fourth ... Mark surpassed the NCAA provisional qualifying standard and ranked ninth on OU's all-time performane list ... Jumped 23-10.00 (7.26) at the J.D. Martin Invitational (Feb. 4) ... Placed second in the long jump at the New Mexico Invitational (Jan. 28) with a 23-8.0 (7.21) leap ... Ran a 47.88 400 en route to an eighth-place finish at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 13). (Outdoor) Placed 10th in the 400 meters with a run of 47.17, the best by a Sooner in 2006, at the Big 12 Championships (May 13) ... Also finished 12th in the long jump with a leap of 23-5.25 (7.14) ... Ran season best 400-meter dash, 47.80, at the John Jacobs Invitational (April 15), placing third.

At Barton County: A First Team NJCAA All-American as part of Barton's national championship-winning 4x100-meter relay team ... In 2005, was the national runner-up in the long jump (24-11.75) during the outdoor season and placed third in the triple jump (50-2.0) during the indoor season ... Also finished fifth at the NJCAA national indoors in the 400 meters (48.71) ... Had an indoor 400 meters personal record of 48.42 and outdoor best of 46.70 ... Member of one of the nation's (in any division) best 4x400-meter relays ... Had a 45.2 split despite being knocked off the track en route to victory at the Texas Relays ... Helped squad place second at the Tyson Invitational.

High School: Two-time state champion in the triple jump (2001 and 2002) and long jump (2002 and 2003) ... As a senior, also placed third in the 400 meters (48.3) ... Named outstanding performer as a junior ... All-city and all-metro selection last three years of high school and was city champion in long jump and triple jump those years ... Member of state record-breaking 4x200-meter relay as a junior.

Other: AAU national long jump champion in young men's division in 2003 ... Member of 4x100-meter relay that finished as the runner-up.
