2006-2007: (Indoor) Placed fourth in the 600-yard run (1:12.79) at the J.D. Martin Invitational (Feb. 3) ... Was 17th overall (1:11.70) in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Indoor (Feb. 23). (Outdoor) Earned All-Big 12 honors with a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (52.46) and sixth-place 4x400-meter relay finish at the Big 12 Championship (May 13) ... Missed an automatic qualifying spot to the NCAA Championships by one place after finishing sixth in the 400 hurdles (51.21) at the Midwest Regional (May 26), but time was enough to earn an at-large bid to the NCAAs ... Finished 25th overall in the 400-meter hurdles (52.68) at the NCAA Championships ... Also ran a leg on OU's 12th-place 4x400 relay.

At Oklahoma Baptist: Three-time NAIA national champion and five-time All-American at Oklahoma Baptist University ... Won the national 400-meter intermediate hurdles title in 2006 and helped OBU to back-to-back national outdoor titles in the 4x400-meter relay in 2005 and 2006 and the indoor title in 2005.

High School: Won the 2003 state title in the 300-meter hurdles ... Owned the fastest time in the state in the event among all classes (38.35).
