Took the elite pole vault title at the Sooner Indoor Open with an NCAA provisional qualifying mark of 17-1.00 (5.21) ... Tied for sixth at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 16-6.75 (5.05).

2006-2007: (Indoor) Earned his third consecutive All-America honor (second indoors) with his fourth-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 10) after clearing 17-8.50 (5.40) ... Opened the season in third place at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 22) with a pole vault mark of 17-0.75 (5.20) ... Earned wins in his next three competitions ...
