2007-08: (Indoor) Finished fifth in the open shot put, 41-9.75 (12.74), at the Arkansas Invitational ... Took heptathlon title at the Razorback Invitational with an NCAA provisional qualifying score of 5,329 ... Also claimed heptathlon event wins in the 1,000-meter run (2:51.90), long jump (22-5.75/6.85) and pole vault (15-3.00/4.65) ... Ran a season-best time of 7.25 in the 60-meter dash at the Oklahoma Christian Indoor Invitational ... Finished second in the shot put at the event with a top throw of 43-4.50 (13.22) ... Recorded a personal-best score of 5,438 to finish sixth in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Championships ... Also recorded season-best marks in the 1,000-meter run (2:50.34), high jump (6-5.50/1.97), pole vault (15-3.00/4.65), long jump (22-10.50/6.97) and shot put (43-9.00/13.33).

2006-2007 : (Indoor) Won the heptathlon with 5,232 points at the J.D. Martin Invitational (Feb. 2-3) ...Won five of the seven events contested... Earned all-conference honors in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) after finishing eighth with 5,246 points and posting season bests in the 1,000-meter run, 60-meter hurdles and long jump. (Outdoor) Finished fourth in the decathlon at Texas Relays (April 5) with score of 7,219 ... Won the discus throw during Texas Relays decathlon with a distance of 144-4 (44.00) ... Season best javelin throw of 191-4 (58.33) ranks in the top 10 of all Big 12 javelin throwers ... Placed sixth in the javelin throw at the Big 12 Championship (May 13) ... Was on pace for a top three finish in the decathlon before losing a shoe and tripping in the hurdles ... Finished 10th overall in the decathlon at the NCAA Championships (June 7) with a personal best 7,268 points.

At Barton County: Won the 2006 NJCAA National Decathlon Championship, scoring 6,661 points ... Also won the the long jump and discus throw titles during the 10-event competition ... Tied for runner-up honors (3,503) in the pentathlon at the NJCAA Championships during the indoor season.

At Oklahoma Baptist: Finished sixth in the decathlon, earning All-America honors, at the 2005 NAIA National Outdoor Championships ... Placed 11th in the pentathlon at the 2005 NAIA National Indoor Championships.

High School: Class 2A state long jump champion as a junior (22-5.25) ... Class 3A state runner-up as a senior (21-6.00).
