Where are the Athletics Department offices?

What time is the game and what are the broadcast options?
The Sooners are an extremely popular commodity for internet, radio and television broadcasts. Some games are scheduled to be broadcast at the beginning of the season while decisions to broadcast other games may not be made until a few days prior to the event. The OU Athletics Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring that OU abides by all rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Big 12 Conference. Where can I find football parking information?
Public parking is limited on the main campus on gamedays. Fans are encouraged to arrive early. It is recommended that fans utilize one of the three shuttle systems available. Where can I park my RV?

When can I tour the Switzer Center & Legends Lobby?
The Switzer Center is the name of the complex located under the south stands of Memorial Stadium. The Legends Lobby is the only area of the Switzer Center open to the public and is available Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On home game weekends, Friday's closing time is extended to 6 p.m. but the facility is closed on Saturday for recruiting purposes. It reopens on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. More Info... 
 
Can I arrange a group tour of Legends Lobby?
Guided group tours of the Legends Lobby are available by calling (405) 325-2345. Interested parties should make arrangements at least two weeks prior to the scheduled visit.

When can I meet the football or basketball players?
Meet the Sooners Day, which features the Oklahoma football team, is held each year in early August. Detailed information is available here. The Baseline Bash features the Oklahoma men's and women's basketball teams at the Lloyd Noble Center every year in late October. Sooner Club

What is the Sooner Club?
The Sooner Club is the primary fund-raising arm of OU Athletics. The University of Oklahoma Athletics Department is entirely self-supporting and receives no state funds. This reality creates a significant need for private contributions. The Sooner Club provides a way for individuals to help talented young people receive a quality education from The University of Oklahoma while ensuring OU's tradition of athletics excellence continues to grow.  More Info...

What is the Priority Point System?
The Priority Point System was implemented in 1995 to determine ranking for season ticket placement and acquiring tickets to high-demand events. It is also used to allocate Sooner Club benefits like priority parking and requests for seating upgrades. All donor requests are ranked, reviewed and considered in priority point order by annual giving level.
 
What is the Sooner Tailgate?
The Sooner Tailgate Party has become the premier pre-game donor appreciation event in all of college football. Before each home football game, more than 5,000 Sooner Club members are treated to a variety of foods and beverages provided by more than 40 restaurants and vendors.  More Info...

What is Sooner Sports Properties?
Sooner Sports Properties, LLC, is the multimedia rights holder for athletics at the University of Oklahoma. Sooner Sports Properties is a joint venture of Learfield Communications, Renda Broadcasting (parent of radio flagships KOKC and KRXO-FM) and Griffin Television (parent of television flagship KWTV-9 and a partner in NewsNow 53). More Info...

As the OU Athletics Department's in-house production studio, SoonerVision produces more than 75 television programs each year. SoonerVision staff also produce and run the video displays that appear in Memorial Stadium and the Lloyd Noble Center. Additionally, SoonerVision shoots and produces video for SoonerSports.com. Where is the Ticket Office located?
The OU Athletics Ticket Office is located on the plaza level of the Asp Avenue Parking Facility immediately west of the Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. A limited number of metered parking spaces are available on the second floor of the parking facility and on Asp Street for customer use. View Map

What is the Ticket Marketplace?
The Ticket Marketplace is an online ticket sharing program. Available tickets can be purchased for OU football and men's basketball games from season ticket holders who have posted their individual game tickets for sale. By using the OU Ticket Marketplace, you are buying valid tickets in a transaction fully supported by the OU Athletics Department.

Where is Will-Call the day of the game?
Memorial Stadium Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Athletics Ticket Office located on the west side of the stadium near Gate 2. Will Call will open at least three hours prior to kickoff. Lloyd Noble Center Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the north box office of the Lloyd Noble Center at least two hours prior to the start of the event through halftime. Olympic Sport Venues will have tickets available for pick up at the ticket booths at least one hour prior to the start of the event. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets in Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets, unless arrangements are made through the Athletics Ticket Office in advance.
