Sooner Sports Radio Network |
The Sooner Sports Radio Network blankets the state of Oklahoma and also delivers Sooner games to fans and alumni in neighboring states. The flagship station for the network is 50,000-watt KOKC-AM 1520 in Oklahoma City. In Tulsa, the Sooners Sports Radio Network broadcasts may be heard on 50,000-watt KAKC-AM 1300.

The one hour call-in program originates live from the Red Lobster in Norman every Thursday evening during the season. Men's basketball head coach Lon Kruger and women's head coach Sherri Coale are on the air from 7:05-8:00 p.m. (CT) on KOKC 1520 AM. Sooner Sports Properties, in conjunction with SoonerVision, produces and syndicates a half-hour TV show providing in-depth coverage of Sooner basketball. Hosted by Bob Carpenter, Sooner Hoops with Lon Kruger features game highlights, player interviews, feature stories and chalkboard sessions with Coach Kruger.
