Any on-campus college or department wishing to produce a product bearing any OU trademark or college/department logo must first obtain permission from the Office of Trademark Licensing.
 
To obtain licensing approval, please follow these steps:
 
1. Choose a current OU licensee to produce your product.
Current OU ICS Licensees (most often used for on-campus requests)
Current OU Local Licensees
Current OU Standard Licensees

2. Complete the online Campus College/Department Form.

3. Email your proposed artwork to oulicensing@ou.edu. You can also ask the licensee to send this artwork on your behalf. Please make sure that your department's or college's logo is incorporated into the design.

4. Please allow up to one week for the Office of Trademark Licensing to respond to your request.
