NORMAN, Okla. -- Sooner fans are invited to come out and show their OU spirit while enjoying activities, promotions and giveaways with members of the OU Spirit and Pom squads this weekend.

Come show your Sooner pride at various locations this week. Fans can enter to win OU/Texas football tickets and gift cards, pick up the new 2012-13 Men's and Women's Basketball posters, and meet members of the OU Spirt and Pom squads and mascots Boomer and Sooner.

Homeland on West Robinson Street - Friday, Oct. 5 - 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Enter to win a pair of tickets to the OU/Texas Red River Rivalry football game, courtesy of Homeland
- Pick up your 2012-13 Men's and Women's Basketball posters
- Giveaway items to the first 1,000 fans that stop by the OU tent
- Meet members of the OU Spirit and Pom squads and mascots Boomer and Sooner from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Edmond Youth Soccer Association - Saturday, Oct. 6 - 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
- Purchase discounted tickets for the OU vs. TCU soccer game
- Giveaway items to the first 500 fans that stop by the OU tent
- Enter to win a $50 gift card to BRiX in Oklahoma City

Taste of Bricktown at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark - Sunday, Oct. 7 - 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
- Meet members of the OU Athletics staff along with former OU football players
- Challenge members of the OU Pom and Spirit or Boomer and Sooner to a game of basketball
- Pick up your 2012-13 Men's and Women's Basketball posters
- Giveaway items to the first 1,000 fans that stop by our tent
