OU Launches New SoonerSports.com

OU Athletics Department launches latest site design on June 30, 2007.

SoonerSports.com

NORMAN, Okla. -- The OU Athletics Department welcomes you to the latest design of its official site, SoonerSports.com. The new site updated on servers Friday night and continues implementation throughout the weekend.

The OU Athletics Department and CSTV committed considerable research, planning and design resources in developing the new SoonerSports.com. OU is recognized as a leader in intercollegiate athletics and its official site follows in that tradition.

For many, the site serves as the front door to the Sooner experience. SoonerSports.com also provides an integral link between OU student-athletes, their families, coaches, Oklahoma students, fans, prospective student-athletes, alumni, media, donors, corporate partners, the University and peer institutions in the Big 12 Conference and the NCAA.

The new site strengthens Oklahoma's commitment in bringing its fans the most extensive coverage of the Sooners direct from Norman. By utilizing the latest technology, including webcasts, podcasts, RSS feeds, wireless services and more, OU presents fans with unprecedented opportunities to access official Sooner news, features and multimedia.

Visit SoonerSports.com throughout the summer as enhancements continue.

Why has the site been re-designed?

The OU Athletics Department and its multimedia rights holder, Sooner Sports Properties, partnered with the CSTV Network earlier this year. The new SoonerSports.com is a product of that synergy. Read more...

What happened to the O-Zone?
With Oklahoma's move to the CSTV Network, the O-Zone transitioned into Oklahoma All-Access. All services offered by the O-Zone continue with the addition of many new services in the new environment.

What happens to my O-Zone subscription?
Without exception, all existing O-Zone annual and monthly memberships are honored by the new site. Members log in to Oklahoma All-Access with the same username and password as before. Annual subscriptions continue without interruption and expire one year from the initial signup date as normal. Monthly memberships gain one free month and will re-set automatically on August 1. A communication from CSTV and the OU Athletics Department will email to all members as the site build continues.

Need Assistance?
