Saturday's round was suspended due to weather at 12:15 p.m. CT. Milligan will continue her second round at 7:55 a.m. CT on Sunday.

NORMAN - Oklahoma sophomore Kaitlin Milligan opened her time at the NCAA Championships by shooting an 81 (+8) on Thursday at the par-73, 6,397-yard Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark.

The Norman native is tied for 81st with at least two rounds remaining. She tees off for the second round on Saturday at 8:10 a.m. CT.

The course proved to be challenging as only four golfers in the 132-person field shot below par. Bianca Pagdanganan of Arizona leads the individual standings after shooting a 69 (-4).

Milligan is competing in the event as an individual after winning the NCAA Norman Regional last week. Should she make the cut after 54 holes (top nine individuals not on an advancing team), she will compete in a final round of stroke play televised by Golf Channel on Monday.
