NORMAN, Okla. -- Sooner Sports TV powered by FOX Sports will broadcast 14 University of Oklahoma women’s basketball games during the 2013-14 season, ensuring a nationwide coverage for the television audience of all the Sooners’ home games.

Oklahoma’s schedule on Sooner Sports TV begins with the opening tipoff and exhibition games Saturday, Nov. 2, versus Cameron and Tuesday, Nov. 5, hosting UCO (both 7 p.m. Central).  OU’s preliminary rounds of the Preseason WNIT will also be on its home network starting with its first-round matchup with Stetson Friday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m.

Sooner Sports TV will also produce OU’s games against UT Arlington (Nov. 20), Western Illinois (Dec. 4), Maryland Eastern Shore (Dec. 15), Samford (Dec. 29), Iowa State (Jan. 5), Kansas State (Jan. 11), TCU (Jan. 25), Kansas (Feb. 22) and the regular-season finale versus Texas Tech (March 3).

Behind the microphones as play-by-play commentators are two-time Emmy Award winner Bob Carpenter and Chad McKee. Legendary OU head basketball coach Billy Tubbs and Dan Hughes, head coach and general manager of the WNBA’s San Antonio Silver Stars, return for another season as analysts and Jessica Coody will serve again as the sideline reporter.
