NORMAN  Blake and Taylor Griffin got their first look at the recently completed Griffin Family Performance Center Friday, and it exceeded even their wildest dreams.

"This is amazing," Blake said upon arrival at the 18,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility.

"There are professional athletes that don't have access like this," Taylor echoed.

The facility is the first of its kind among college basketball programs. Some of the many features include training courts, free weights, indoor turf, outdoor turf with sand pit, spaces for plyometric and cardiovascular training, cardio and strength testing, locker rooms, an exam and recovery area, a fueling station, a multi-purpose room and overhead fresh-air doors.

The Griffin Family Performance Center was officially dedicated Saturday as part of men's basketball's annual Alumni Weekend. For complete coverage, click here.
