NORMAN – Miles Reynolds has announced his intention to be a men’s basketball graduate transfer at the University of Oklahoma by signing a scholarship agreement on Saturday. He will be eligible to play in the 2018-19 season.

“We're very pleased to be adding Miles to the program,” said Oklahoma head coach Lon Kruger. “He not only brings versatility as a combo guard, but also boasts a lot of maturity and experience from throughout his college career.”

Reynolds joins the Sooners from Pacific, where he averaged 13.3 points, 2.8 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.0 steals this past season while shooting 37.7 percent from 3-point range. His points and assists averages both ranked 11th in the West Coast Conference.

“I’m extremely happy to be a part of the Sooner family,” Miles said. “I can’t thank the community enough for welcoming me with such open arms. Next year is going to be special.”

A 6-2 guard from Chicago, Ill., Reynolds began his collegiate career at Saint Louis, playing two seasons for the Billikens (2014-15, 2015-16) before transferring to Pacific and redshirting during the 2016-17 campaign.

His sophomore year at Saint Louis yielded averages of 8.1 points, 2.5 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists.
