To begin to resell your Sooner season tickets or to purchase premium tickets posted for sale by other season ticket holders, you will first need to register on the OU Ticket Marketplace.

First, click the link titled "OU Ticket Office" in the main menu on SoonerSports.com. Next, click on the Ticket Marketplace link. After reviewing the benefits of the Ticket Marketplace, click on the "Register Your Account" button.
Simply register via the "Sign Me Up" link located under the login box. You will need to enter your OU season account number as well as your pin number in order to successfully register on the Marketplace.
Once you have successfully registered, click on the My Inventory menu button to begin to post your tickets for sale.
If you have forgotten your account number and/or pin number, or if you experience any difficulties while navigating the site, please call the OU Athletics Ticket Office at (405) 325 2424 or (800) 456-GoOU (4668).
OU Marketplace Basic Functions
To navigate through the Ticket Marketplace environment, first login and then simply use the menu buttons that are located in the menu bar near the top of the Ticket Marketplace window.
• My Inventory - displays tickets you have available to sell as well as the status of any tickets that you have posted for sale.
• My Market - shows tickets you currently have up for sale and allows you to change your end sale time or withdraw tickets that have not been purchased.
• History - shows tickets you have sold through Ticket Marketplace
• Buy Tickets - takes you to the full list of tickets that are currently posted for sale. If you have posted tickets for sale, your tickets will appear in bold and will not have the "Buy" button next to them.

Q. What do I gain from selling my tickets on the OU Ticket Marketplace?
A. When your tickets are purchased on the OU Marketplace, you will receive a credit of 85% of the ticket's resale price. The University of Oklahoma will issue you a check in the amount of your credit biannually.
Q. How do I post my tickets for sale?
A. You will be able to post any of your season tickets (with the exception of youth tickets) for sale from the My Inventory page of your Ticket Marketplace account. To post your tickets for sale, simply click on the "Sell" button located to the right of your desired event. You will then need to select the individual tickets you'd like to sell as well as set the amount of hours and days before the event you'd like your sale to end. Simply click "Finish" to post your tickets for sale.
Q. Can I cancel the sale of my ticket?
A. You will only be allowed to cancel a ticket sale if another user of the Ticket Marketplace has not purchased your ticket(s). In order to cancel a ticket sale, click on My Market from the menu bar and then click "Edit" next to the ticket sale you'd like to cancel. To remove your tickets from the market, simply click on the "Withdraw Tickets" button on the following page.
Q. What should I do once my tickets sell?
A. If your tickets are purchased on the OU Ticket Marketplace you will receive an email confirmation verifying the sale. After a sale has taken place, your original ticket is voided and the bar code is rendered useless. New tickets will be issued to the ticket buyer. You will be instructed to destroy your original tickets in the confirmation email you receive after the sale is complete.
If an attempt is made to use your season tickets for admittance after they have been sold, all privileges to the Ticket Marketplace including, but not limited to, buying and selling of season tickets via the Ticket Marketplace may be revoked.
Q. Do I receive priority points for each sport that I have season tickets?
A. Yes. Priority points will be awarded to season ticket holders who meet the attendance requirements in baseball, men's and women's basketball, football, softball and volleyball. If you have season tickets for baseball, football and women's basketball, you could receive 12 priority points for the year assuming your tickets are used for 100% of the games in each sport.
Q. Why can't I change my address on the registration page for OU Ticket Marketplace and Ticket Sharing?
A. The information on the registration page is what the Athletics Ticket Office has on file and is for confirmation purposes only. If you need to request a change to your information, please make your request in writing to the Athletics Ticket Office at 1185 Asp Avenue, Room 150, Norman, OK 73160, or via fax (405) 325-8500 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Q. What makes using OU Ticket Marketplace and Ticket Sharing safe and secure?
A. Utilizing OU Ticket Marketplace is the only way to purchase a ticket on the secondary market and be assured the Athletics Ticket Office fully supports the transaction and the ticket's authenticity. All information requested online is password protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions. In addition, all credit card and personal contact information is encrypted for your safety.
Q. If I purchase tickets through OU Ticket Marketplace, can I leave them in will call under another name?
A. When choosing the will call option, the name of the ticket buyer is automatically placed for a pick up name. If this name needs to be changed, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office Directly at (800) 456-4668 or (405) 325-2424 for further instructions.
Q. I keep clicking Save on the registration page but nothing happens. What should I do?
A. After the information is saved, the screen will not change, however you are now ready to sign in at the top of the page by clicking on My Inventory or Market View.
