On getting a win:
"Obviously, we had some inconsistencies, but still I feel positive with my team when we get a win, any time."
On OU's performance:
"I'm not disappointed, I'm just not satisfied that we didn't play the way we're capable of."
On Landry Jones:
"Landry had some guys open but he was pressured and wasn't able to step in there. He had one foot in there and one foot out. He has to stay in there and let it go."

On Saturday's performance:
"We just weren't in synch. It was one of those things where we would have flashes of greatness, but it wouldn't be all as a team. But we came out with a W and that's what we're shooting for."
On his 68-yard TD to Kenny Stills:
"I just saw Kenny running down the sideline over and kind of just put it out there and let his speed go get the ball."
|Head Coach Mike Price|
"We had a great opportunity and we played our hearts out. Our defense played tremendous. In the first half we only had one mistake in defense and they took advantage of it. The missed field goals were tough for the momentum and hard for the adversity. You go all the way down there and stumble and then come back without anything. We have a good team and we have to stay healthy because we still have a tough schedule ahead of us. I'm very proud of this group, their character and the fight that they have is tremendous."
On Nathan Jeffery:
"I think he is OK. He had a great night. He ran awesome and we were able to run the ball effectively."
