  Oklahoma Team Notes

• With the 41-25 victory, Oklahoma extended its series lead over Texas A&M to 19-11 and 13-2 in Norman. Stoops improves to 11-2 against the Aggies and moves to 90-20 vs. Big 12 opponents.

• Oklahoma set a Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium attendance record with a crowd of 85,709 against the Aggies. The previous high was 85,646 against Texas Tech in 2008.

• The three interceptions and one fumble recovery by the OU defense marked the third time this season the Sooners have recorded four or more turnovers in a game. OU has forced at least one turnover in 148 of Stoops' 169 games and has at least one interception in 109 of the last 148 with multiple picks in 68 of the last 119 outings.

• The Sooners final scoring drive of the first half, which resulted in a Michael Hunnicutt field goal, lasted 16 plays, the most of any scoring drive of the year. OU had a 15-play drive against Florida State.

• OU outscored Texas A&M 28-0 in the third quarter Saturday. The Sooners have scored 28 points in a quarter on three different occasions this season (Texas and Ball State). Oklahoma has outscored its opponents 118-10 in third quarter action this year.

  Individual Notes

Ryan Broyles
• Ryan Broyles 57-yard reception in the first quarter moved him into second all-time on the FBS career receiving yards list, surpassing Wyoming's Marcus Harris (1993-96). Broyles has 4,586 career-yards and trails only Nevada's Trevor Insley's 5,005 yards (1996-99). The reception is tied for the fifth-longest reception of his career and was the longest non-scoring pass reception against Texas A&M.
Blake Bell
• Blake Bell recorded his first multi-touchdown game of his career. His two rushing touchdowns were the first by a quarterback since Josh Heupel had three against Texas A&M in 1999.

Landry Jones
• Landry Jones had his seventh straight game with at least two touchdown passes. Durinig that span, he has thrown 26 touchdowns.

Ronnell Lewis
• Ronnell Lewis recorded his second career interception in the third quarter against the Aggies. Lewis' last interception was returned for a touchdown against Baylor in 2010.

Roy Finch
• Roy Finch finished the game with a career-high in rush attempts (26) and yards (99). Finch's previous career-high was 93 yards against Kansas State last week.

Jamell Fleming
• Jamell Fleming stripped the ball from Texas A&M running back Christine Michael in the first series of the second quarter. The forced fumble was Fleming's second of the year, with his last one coming against Texas on Oct. 8.

• Fleming recorded his first interception of the year after picking off Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill in the third quarter. The pick was the sixth of his career.

Jaz Reynolds
• With his touchdown reception in the third quarter, Jaz Reynolds extended his streak of games with a touchdown catch to three.
Tress Way
• Tress Way's 62-yard punt in the third quarter was a season long, besting his previous long of 58 against Ball State.

• For the second time of his career Way had two 60-plus yard punts (62 and 61) in a game. The last time he accomplished this fete was in 2009 against Oklahoma State when he had three (74, 62 and 62).
• Way had four punts of 50-plus yards on Saturday, which gives him 53 for his career topping the previous record set by Jeff Ferguson (1998-01).

  By the Numbers

2 - Ronnell Lewis recorded his second career interception against the Aggies.
4 - For the fourth time this season the Sooners held the advantage in time of possession against their opponent.
7 - Seven different Sooners have recorded interceptions on the year.
8 - For the fifth straight game the OU defense recorded at least eight tackles for loss and have 50 total in that span.
12 - Junior CB Demontre Hurst wore the No. 12 jersey in honor of Austin Box.
31 - Javon Harris had his third interception of the season in the first quarter. Off those interceptions, Harris averages 31 return yards per interception.
53 - Tress Way holds the OU career-record with 53 punts of 50-plus yards.
118 - OU has outscored its opponents 118-10 in the third quarter this season.
85,709 - The games attendance marked the 79th straight sellout (all under Stoops) and set an attendance record at OU. The previous was 85,646 against Texas Tech in 2008.
