NORMAN, Okla. -- University of Oklahoma track and field will host five collegiate meets -- two indoor and three outdoor -- and one high school meet in 2008.

During the indoor season, OU hosts the J.D. Martin Invitational (Feb. 1-2) and Sooner Open (Feb. 23) at the Moiser Indoor Center. Outdoors, the Sooners host the John Jacobs Collegiate Invitational (April 12), Sooner Invitational (April 19) and Sooner Twilight (May 10) at John Jacobs Field.

In 2008, the John Jacobs High School Invitational will run Friday, April 11, one day prior to the collegiate invitational.
