Nobody covers the Sooners closer than Jessica Coody. A five-year industry veteran, Coody serves as the full-time lead reporter for Sooner Sports TV. While tirelessly covering every sport at the University, Coody contributes special features for each Sooner Sports TV broadcast. Additionally, Coody hosts all Sooner football preseason and spring game coverage as well as serving as the host of Sooner Playbook and the spring editions of Sooner Sports Talk. On the air and on the web, Jessica Coody has the story.

With 15 years of television and radio experience, Chad McKee joined the Sooner Sports TV family in the spring of 2011 as the play-by-play commentator for Oklahoma baseball and softball. A seasoned professional, McKee now works tirelessly to bring Sooner fans the football coverage they desire - serving as the pregame, postgame and weekly press conference host of all Sooner Sports TV football programming. Additionally, McKee's versatility is found in nearly every Sooner event from soccer and volleyball to gymnastics and basketball. Throughout the spring of 2013, McKee served as the host of the inaugural season of Rounding Third, bringing Sooner softball's national championship run to OU fans from the start.

The "Voice of the Sooners", Toby Rowland carries the play-by-play duties for all radio broadcasts of Sooner football, men's basketball and baseball. A two-time Emmy award winner, Rowland has a TV presence to match the voice. Every Tuesday and Thursday night, Rowland can be seen on Sooner Sports TV and heard on the air for Sooner Sports Talk and Coach's Corner. Additionally, Rowland serves alongside Chad McKee as the co-host of the OU Football Press Conference show.

Sooner Sports Spotlight, Sooner Football Signing Day

Chris Plank continues his involvement with Sooner Sports TV as co-host for the new Sooner Sports Spotlight show and the ever-popular Sooner Football Signing Day special. A veteran radio broadcaster, Plank has long served as a sports talk host in the Tulsa area, and currently serves as the sideline reporter for all Sooner football radio broadcasts.

An OU alum and former Chicago Bear, Dusty Dvoracek's rush into the sports broadcasting scene was not at all surprising. The All-Big 12 performer and NFL star stepped into sports radio broadcasting in 2011 and began working with Sooner Sports TV in 2012. With contributing reports on Sooner Sports Game Day, Dvoracek also co-hosted Coach's Corner in the fall of 2012. Beginning in 2013, Dvoracek steps behind the desk as an analyst for Sooner Game Day, Sooner Sports Overtime and Sooner Playbook.

Sooner Football with Bob Stoops
Dean Blevins' history with Oklahoma dates back to 1974 when he lettered four seasons under head coach Barry Switzer in addition to earning a second letter in basketball. A two-time Emmy Award winner, Blevins brings nearly thirty years of broadcasting experience to the Sooner Sports TV family. Having hosted Coach Bob Stoops' weekly review show for nearly a decade, the former quarterback continues to bring Sooner fans closer to the game every Sunday.

A native Oklahoman, Teddy Lehman's stellar career at Oklahoma made him a two-time All-American in addition to Dick Butkus and Chuck Bednarik awards in 2003. A member of the 2000 National Championship squad, Lehman made stops in the NFL with the Lions, Buccaneers, Bills and Jaguars. Despite hanging up his cleats, Lehman has yet to truly retire from the game, serving as a sports radio broadcaster in Oklahoma. Lehman continues to bring his talents to Sooner Sports TV through contributing reports on Sooner Game Day and as a co-host of Coach's Corner.

Sooner Playbook
The Most Valuable Player of the 1985 national championship Sooners, Tim Lashar joins the Sooner Sports TV crew for their newest program, Sooner Playbook. After earning a degree in Journalism from Oklahoma, Lashar's NFL career preceded his start in broadcasting in the Oklahoma radio market.

A legend amongst the Oklahoma football program, Merv Johnson serves Sooner Sports TV as a contributor during Sooner Game Day each Saturday. A member of the Oklahoma family since 1979, Johnson coached collegiate football for 38 years, helping to produce 19 All-Americans and four national titles before his retirement. Remaining in Norman, he has served alongside Bob Barry and Toby Rowland as the lead color analyst for Sooner football radio broadcasts.

A pioneer in sports broadcasting, Bob Carpenter continues to cover Oklahoma basketball with Sooner Sports TV. A veteran play-by-play announcer, Carpenter's storied career has taken him all over the professional baseball scene, dating back to 1986. Bringing a distinct voice and guaranteed enthusiasm, Oklahoma fans are able to enjoy Carpenter's company as Sooner basketball continues to rise on Sooner Sports TV.

With a life-long commitment to the game, Coach Dan Hughes swaps sidelines from the bench to the broadcast booth for Oklahoma women's basketball. As general manager and head coach of the San Antonio Silver Spurs, Hughes brings unmatched knowledge to the Sooner Sports TV broadcast team. From back-door cuts to in-bound plays, few can provide the insight into the game like Coach Hughes.

Brenda VanLengen joins the SoonerSports Broadcast crew with 20 years of experience in calling games on ESPN, FOX Sports, CBS College Sports, SEC Network, Big Ten Network and many regional networks. VanLengen is the lead analyst on the Big 12 Conference women’s basketball package and was a two-time Academic All-American basketball player from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in her playing days.

A walking legend, former Oklahoma coach Billy Tubbs continues his involvement with Sooner hoops as an analyst with Sooner Sports TV. After 14 seasons at the helm of the men's basketball program, Coach Tubbs' insight and bright spirit bring an unparalleled personality to Sooner fans. There's no better coach to break down the X's & O's... but truthfully, he'd rather you just shoot the ball.

A four-year letterwinner at OU, who ranks 14th all-time in rushing yards among Sooner running backs, James Allen began working with Sooner Sports TV in 2015 after concluding his NFL career in 2002 with the Houston Texas. Allen's expert analysis can be seen on one of the network's most popular shows, Sooner Playbook.

Bruce Haertl began his work with Sooner Sports TV as a play-by-play announcer for OU baseball and softball. After enjoying a college baseball career at Wichita State, Haertl has spent nearly 30 years in the television and radio broadcasting industry. Beginning in 2013, Haertl will expand his role at Sooner Sports TV as a host for Sooner volleyball and soccer broadcasts.

Sooner Gymnastics

A staple in both the gymnastics and broadcasting industry, Bart Conner brings a lifetime of gymnastics experience to Sooner Sports TV. While earning a degree in Journalism at Oklahoma, Conner helped the Sooners claim their first two national titles while garnering fourteen All-American honors. After winning a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics, Conner continues to stay involved in Oklahoma gymnastics as the lead play-by-play announcer, capping a golden cast of Sooner Sports TV talent.

A veteran on the Oklahoma sports scene, Mike Ziegenhorn brings a wealth of experience to the Sooner Sports TV crew. A Tulsa native, Ziegenhorn has worked in the television business for nearly 20 years, including 10 years as the Sports Director at KTUL in Tulsa. Three times he was named the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters Sportscaster of the Year. Ziegenhorn serves as the host of Sooners Overtime, the official postgame show for OU football.

Sooner Volleyball

Laura Alford joins the Sooner Sports TV team as the lead analyst for Sooner volleyball. Having competed in the 1988 volleyball national championship, Alford not only has the experience as a former player, but also as a head coach. A former collegiate coach at the University of Cincinnati, Alford's passion for the game has never quivered as she brings Sooner fans insight from between the lines and on the bench.

Men's Gymnastics

A special addition for the 2014 gymnastics season, Olympian Jake Dalton joins the Sooner Sports TV team for the first time. As a member of past Sooner squads, Dalton claimed three individual National Championships (all-around, floor and vault) and 13 All-America honors before joining Team USA in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics. While continuing his training in Norman, Dalton joins Sooner Sports TV in 2014, bringing Oklahoma fans insight from one of the most popular gymnasts in the country.

Women's Gymnastics

One of the most decorated gymnasts in Oklahoma history, Kelly Garrison-Funderburk rejoins the Sooner Sports TV team for the second season in a row. With an Oklahoma career that brought home seven All-America honors and four NCAA championships, Garrison-Funderburk highlighted a stellar career as a member of the 1988 Olympic team. Today, Garrison-Funderburk is calling the highlights of Oklahoma's finest competitors. A true treat for Oklahoma fans, Sooner Sports TV is happy to have landed a 10.0 with the inclusion of Garrison-Funderburk to the team.

Sooners Overtime

With a wealth of knowledge that's matched only by his pure physical presence, Tracy Gordon rejoins his Oklahoma team once more as a member of the Sooner Sports TV crew. A member of Coach Barry Switzer's last team at Oklahoma, Gordon has remained close to the Sooner program, bringing his opinions both on the airwaves and in front of the camera. This season, Gordon brings a veteran's perspective to the only in-game show for Oklahoma football, Sooners Live.
DJ Mathis | Analyst
OU Softball

In a long line of Sooner pitching greats, D.J. (Mathis) Sanchez returns to the OU Softball Complex as a part of the broadcasting team on the Sooner Sports Network. She ended her career in Norman ranked in the top 10 of eight different categories, including 76 victories, which was third best all-time at OU after her senior year in 2009. On top of calling games for the Sooners, Sanchez is a successful head coach in the state at St. Gregory's where she led the Cavaliers to the 2014 NAIA World Series in just her second season.
Paul Lockwood | Analyst
Sooner Tennis

A native Oklahoman, Sooner letterwinner and Hall of Fame Coach, Paul Lockwood has an impressive resume in the sport of collegiate tennis that is well known around the country. After winning four Big Eight titles as a Sooner captain in the mid 70's, Lockwood returned to his alma mater to coach for over 20 years and helped OU dominate the Big Eight and Big 12 with over 20 conference titles. Since retiring with over 300 victories, Lockwood stays immersed in the program and brings his knowledge of the game and passion for the Sooner programs into the broadcast booth at the Headington Family Tennis Center.

Sooner Wrestling

Few universities can boast legendary coaches across numerous sports, but Oklahoma is one of those schools. Coach Jack Spates began his tenure as the head skipper for Sooner wrestling in 1993, and built a program that consistently finished in the top 10 nationally. Since his retirement in 2011, Spates has continued to bring his highly energetic personality to McCasland Field House for each meet as the lead analyst for Sooner Sports TV. With his wealth of knowledge, coach Spates continues to add to the depth of Oklahoma's strong tradition beyond measure.
