MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Kansas State ended a 13-game losing streak to Oklahoma with an 86-78 win at Bramlage Coliseum Wednesday night.

Kansas State (9-11, 3-6 Big 12) made 11 of 22 3-point attempts to outduel Oklahoma (13-8, 4-4) and its 42-30 points in the paint advantage.

K-State point guard Leticia Romero nearly amassed a triple-double with 23 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists.

Oklahoma led by 5 at halftime and kept its margin for seven minutes into the second half. Back-to-back 3-pointers by Katya Leick and Kindred Wesemann closed the gap and Wesemann added 3 the old-fashioned way on the next K-State possession to tie the game 51-51.

Leick had 22 points and Wesemann added 14 off the bench.

Kansas State finished the final five minutes of the game hitting six of their seven field goal attempts and nine free throws in 11 attempts at the line. Oklahoma was just 4-of-11 during the same span.

Sooner center Nicole Griffin added a career-high 23 points. Morgan Hook scored 21 and Aaryn Ellenberg had 16 in an off-shooting night where she was 1-for-10 from beyond the arc.

Ellenberg passed former Sooners LaNeishea Caufield and Danielle Robinson for fourth on Oklahoma's and 11th on the Big 12 Conference's career scoring lists.

The Sooners host Oklahoma State, 49-48 winners over TCU Wednesday, for Bedlam Saturday at 2 p.m. Central.
