The Sooners will join Michigan State, Seton Hall and Virginia Tech in the championship rounds Nov. 22-23 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Coaches vs. Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches. The Coaches vs. Cancer event will benefit the American Cancer Society to support its mission to save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.
The semifinal matchups will be held Friday, Nov. 22. The finals will take place the following day, beginning with the consolation game and then the championship game. All four games will be televised by truTV.
Oklahoma will also host two games in Norman as part of the event. The complete Coaches vs. Cancer bracket, including matchups and television broadcast times, will be announced at a later date.
The Sooners are coming off a 20-12 campaign that saw them snap a three-year NCAA Tournament drought. Michigan State finished 27-9 and ranked No. 9 in the final AP poll before advancing to the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16. Seton Hall went 15-18 and Virginia Tech 13-19.

He is the driving force coordinating the Coaches vs. Cancer Las Vegas Golf Classic, an annual event that has raised more than $750,000 since launching in 2008.
In 2009, Kruger received the Legacy and Leadership Visionary Award from the American Cancer Society Las Vegas region for his dedication to Coaches vs. Cancer.
