  • Freshman Sheldon Neuse's eight RBI were the most since Chris Ebright drove in nine against Oklahoma City University (3/28/87).
  • Neuse's two home runs were the first time a SOoner had gone deep twice since Hunter Haley did it against Pine Bluff (2/18/14).
  • Senior pitcher Kindle Ladd's 4.1 scoreless relief innings earned him his second win of the season.
  • Freshman Austin O'Brien hit his first career home run in a pinch hit appearance in the bottom of the seventh inning
  • The Sooners compiled 19 hits on the day, eclipsing 15 hits in a game for the first time since March 22, against Kansas State.
  • Oklahoma's 17 runs were the most since it scored 16 against Rutgers on March 7.
  • The Sooners plated 10 runs in the seventh innning, the most in an inning this year.
  • OU hit three home runs in a game for the first time this season.
