Moros joined the Sooners in 2012 from Austin, Texas, with more than 12 years of coaching experience.

Moros was the Director of High Performance at Advantage Doyle Tennis Academy from 2010-2012, while serving as the volunteer assistant coach for the University of Texas women's tennis team.

"I am extremely excited and honored to start my college coaching career at such a prestigious university as OU," Moros said. "OU has a reputation of respect, responsibility and a passion for excellence that I am very eager to become a part of."

Moros has coached at various tennis academies in Texas since her graduation from UT in 1999, including the Bollettieri Tennis Academy, Roddick Moros International Tennis Academy and the Austin Tennis Academy.

"Cristina brings so much tennis playing and coaching experience with her to Norman," Mullins said. "I am thrilled that she has decided to make this move into college tennis."

Moros was a member of the 1995 National Champion team at Texas and was a five-time All-American during her collegiate career.

In her professional career, Moros was ranked No. 1 in the world in ITF Junior Doubles and the top 20 in singles. Moros was also ranked No. 1 nationally by USTA in three separate age groups throughout her career.
