2014 [Sophomore]: Appeared in 55 games during the 2014 season… hit .294 on the year with nine doubles, six triples, and six home runs… had the second highest slugging percentage on the team at .472… recorded seven three-hit games over the course of the season… hit two home runs and drove in six runs against Arkansas Pine-Bluff (2/18)... went 3-for-5 with three RBI vs. Rutgers (3/7)... drove in four runs and scored two in a 2-for-5 game against Kansas State (3/21)… tripled twice and scored three runs in a 3-for-4 performance against CSU Bakersfield (4/5)... went 3-for-5 and knocked in two runs against Baylor (5/3)... doubled and drove in three runs against Oklahoma State (5/23) in the Big 12 Championship... started the season with first 14 game run streak. Summer 2014: Played for the Brazos Valley Bombers of the Texas Collegiate League... named No. 2 prospect in the league by Baseball America... hit .294 with 20 runs scored and 13 driven in with 16 steals in 23 games... participated in the College Baseball Home Run Derby at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Neb.
