NORMAN, Okla. -- Shelby Pendley hit two of Oklahoma's five home runs on Friday afternoon as the Sooners cruised to a 14-0, five-inning win over Northern Colorado.

All five of the Sooners' blasts came within the first two innings, including a pair of three-run shots from Pendley. The home run total was one off the school record, which was set on Feb. 22, 2008, when OU hit six against Pacific.

The run total matched a season high, established against Oregon State on Feb. 8. The 11 hits also tied a season best, set against Kentucky on Feb. 16.

The Sooners (19-1) jumped out to a 4-0 lead after one inning against the Bears (7-13-1).

Lauren Chamberlain led off with a walk and moved to second two batters later when Jessica Shults was hit by a pitch. Keilani Ricketts then laced a single to left field to plate Chamberlain and open the scoring.

With two on and one out, Pendley stepped in and blasted her fourth home run of the season to deep center field.

The home run barrage continued in the second inning as the Sooners hit four home runs, going back-to-back twice.

Chamberlain led off again and drilled a double to left field. After a ground out, Shults singled through the right side to score Chamberlain. A walk to Ricketts put two runners on once again for Pendley.

After homering to the left of the batter's eye in center field in her first at-bat, Pendley went to the right side for her second three-run home run of the game. It was the fourth time in her career that she recorded a multi-home run game.

Brittany Williams then went back-to-back with Pendley as the junior outfielder hit her fourth home run of the season, putting the Sooners up 9-0.

With two outs in the second, Javen Henson kept the inning alive with a single to center field. Brianna Turang then walked before Chamberlain, batting for the second time in the inning, homered to left field for her ninth of the year.

Casey stepped in next and helped her own cause with a solo shot to center, her third of the year, making the lead 13-0.

Pendley drove in her seventh run, one off her career high and the school record, when she hit an RBI double to right field to score Erin Miller in the bottom of the fourth.

The run support was more than enough for Casey, who was making the first start of her career. The sophomore pitched the first 3.2 innings of the game as she picked up win No. 1 of her career. Casey struck out four while walking one and allowing one hit.

Freshman Leslie Miller made her pitching debut for the Sooners in a relief appearance. She threw the game's final 1.1 innings, allowing just one hit and one walk while striking out three.
