Any on-campus college or department wishing to order product bearing any OU trademark or college/department logo must follow the licensing approval process outlined below. This process is in place in ensure that all items baring the marks owned by The University of Oklahoma adhere to University Brand Guidelines and are reproduced in a responsible way. Any request to use marks/logos that deviate from University Brand Guidelines must be further reviewed including potential appraisal by The University of Oklahoma Trademark Advisory Committee. To obtain licensing approval, please follow these steps:
1. Choose a current OU licensee to Produce Your Product
Approved Promotional Product Licensees
2. Complete the online Campus College/Department Form.
3. Have the licensee submit the proposed artwork to the MyCLC artwork system.
4. Please allow up to one week for the Office of Trademark Licensing to respond to your request.
