Oklahoma Claims Big 12 South Title

NORMAN, Okla. -- A record crowd of 84,916 fans in Norman looked on as Oklahoma clinched the Big 12 South title for the fourth time in the past five seasons on Saturday evening. 
 
In his final game at Owen Field, OU quarterback Jason White broke his own school-record for consecutive pass completions with 18 against Nebraska. White threw for 383 yards and three touchdowns in the 30-3 rout of the Huskers. 
 
OU will face the North division champion at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo., on December 4.

Iowa State was idle this weekend and but remained in the North division lead with only three conference losses. Colorado stunned Kansas State in Boulder with a 64-yard touchdown pass with five seconds left in the game to pull out the 38-31 victory. The Buffaloes improved to 6-4 overall and eliminated the Wildcats from contention. Kansas, the only other North division school already eliminated, dropped a 27-23 heartbreaker to Texas.
