NORMAN, Okla. -- The Oklahoma rowing team finished its run at the NCAA Championship with a No. 19 finish at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Ind.

The NCAA Championship was the second in program history for the Sooners, coming in just their sixth year as a program. Culminating in another successful season, OU claimed the Big 12 and Conference USA team titles both for the second straight year, including six individual boat conference titles. The Sooners also swept each conference's major awards, with Sooner head coach Leeanne Crain winning Coach of the Year and senior Kristin Clift taking Rower of the Year awards for both conferences.

The Sooners finished the NCAA Championship with 27 points for a No. 19 finish out of 22 teams competing over the weekend. Ohio State won its second straight national title with 126 points. Totals were based off the placements of each program's first varsity eight, second varsity eight and first varsity four crews.
