NORMAN — It's where we work, where we train, where we meet and where we recover. This is home.
Take a room-by-room tour of the finest facility in the country, OU's brand new, state-of-the-art 132,000-square-foot football complex.
OU's massive new locker room, built in the shape of a football, includes over 100 lockers featuring personalized graphics for every individual player, as well as a place for alumni who return home.
Strength & Speed Complex
The 32,582-square-foot strength and speed complex is triple the size of OU's former weight room and features a 70-yard indoor turfed speed and agility training area.
Complete with a cascading waterfall, OU's new cold plunge may look like a pool, but don't be fooled... the water temperature is kept around 54 degrees for recovery and performance enhancement.
The new team meeting room is an expanded version of the old one and is dressed up with graphics utilizing the infinity pattern that is a signature throughout the new facility.
The state-of-the-art athletic training room also grew substantially to nearly 10,000 square feet, ensuring Oklahoma's players will continue to be treated not only by the finest doctors and training staff in the country, but also in the finest facility in the land.
