

AUSTIN, Texas - The No. 14 Oklahoma men's tennis fell to No. 19 Texas, 4-0, on Sunday at the Texas Tennis Center.
Oklahoma (17-4, 2-2 Big 12) fell behind early as the Longhorns (14-5, 2-1 Big 12) took the doubles point. Texas' tandem of Yuya Ito and Colin Markes topped the Sooners' James Davis and Max Stewart on court three, 6-2. The Longhorns secured the opening open as OU's No. 61 pair of Ferran Calvo and Adrian Oetzbach fell, 6-3, at the No. 2 line.
When play was stopped, OU's 40th-ranked duo of Alex Bakshi and Jake van Emburgh were tied 5-5 with Texas' No. 7 tandem of Rodrigo Banzer and Leonardo Tells on court one.
In singles, OU fell behind 2-0 as Bertsch was downed 6-3, 6-1 on court five by the Longhorns' No. 110 Banzer. Texas pushed its advantage to 3-0 as Oetzbach fell to No. 12 Sigsgaard at the No. 2 line, 6-3, 6-2.
The Longhorns clinched the match on court six as the Sooners' Max Stewart was beaten by Adrian Ortiz, 6-4, 6-2.
When play was suspended, two Sooners were locked in tight matches at the top of the lineup. On court one, No. 45 Bakshi was trailing 1-0 in the deciding third set after splitting the opening two frames with No. 60 Ito. No. 123 van Emburgh was a game away from clinching his match, lead Texas' Harrison 7-5, 5-3, at the No. 3 line.
On court four, OU's Calvo dropped the opening frame and was down 4-3 to the Longhorn's No 77 Telles.
The Sooners conclude the regular season on Saturday at noon with a Bedlam match aganist Oklahoma State in Stillwater.
