Sooners Set for Three Duals in New York

NORMAN — No. 19-ranked Oklahoma wrestling continues its season on Saturday at the Journeymen/My House Northeast Duals, held at Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, N.Y.

Oklahoma will face Sacred Heart at 8:30 a.m. CT, No. 12 Rutgers at 10:30 a.m. CT and No. 8 NC State at 12:30 p.m. CT. A total of 14 universities are scheduled to compete in the event.

Three Sooners appear in the latest InterMat Polls, including No. 13 Yoanse Mejias (174 pounds), No. 14 Davion Jeffries (149 pounds) and No. 16 Mike Longo (141 pounds).

Oklahoma is returning to action after opening the season at the Michigan State Open on Nov. 5. Eight Sooners placed in the top five at the single-day tournament.
