MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The University of Oklahoma volleyball team lost at West Virginia, 3-1, at the WVU Coliseum on Friday evening. The Sooners won the first before the Mountaineers stormed back to win each of the next three and claim the match.

Oklahoma won the first, 25-18, by hitting .286. West Virginia won three in a row by scores of 25-21, 25-20 and 25-16.

WVU’s Payton Caffrey led all players with 19 kills. Junior outside hitter Alyssa Enneking (League City, Texas) led the OU attack with 15. Junior outside hitter Morgan Miller (Magnolia, Texas) was the only other player in double figures with 12 kills.

Sooner junior setter Audrey Alford (Norman, Okla.) notched a double-double in a 36-assist, 11-dig effort.

Oklahoma is back in action Wednesday night at TCU for a 6 p.m. first serve.
