CeCe Moore joins the OU cross country and track and field staff for the 2018-19 season as a volunteer assistant coach.
Moore was a student-athlete on the women's cross country and track and field team at Oklahoma for the 2017-18 season. Prior to coming to OU, Moore ran track and cross country at St. Louis University where she was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Conference Team six times, and set a school record in the indoor 800 meters. Moore also helped St. Louis to a USTFCCCA All-America team honor in 2017. Also an exceptional student, Moore was named to the Atlantic 10 conference honor roll and dean's list while at St. Louis.
Moore ran in four meets for the Sooners' cross country team her senior season, including participating in the Big 12 Cross Country Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional. On the track, she ran numerous middle and long distance events. Moore ran the 800 and 5K at the 2018 Big 12 Outdoor Championships, placing 21st overall in the 800. She registered three top-five finishes in 800 meters competition her senior season, clocking a PR of 2:12.48 at the Aztec Invitational.
